In November 1984 our family first opened the doors of our restaurant. It is now the longest running restaurant in the city which is still owned by the same family.

The tantalising aromas in India House create a sense of anticipation long before the dishes arrive at the table - and you won’t be disappointed by some of our age old family recipes. Rich, luxuriant sauces, tender slow cooked meats and aromatic spices are expertly combined with mouth watering results.

There’s plenty of choice for those with a taste for spice, but there is also a wide selection of more delicately flavoured dishes. Food is graded according to the levels of piquancy, so you won’t be left nursing those tastebuds.
