Korma
A very popular mild creamy meal made with desiccated coconut.
Pasanda
Cured and flavoured in cream with ground cashew nuts and peanuts.
Spiced and seasoned for that richer taste. (Not available in prawn).
Moghlai
Dating back to the Moghul Dynasty in India, this special meal is made with meat
cooked in milk and then in a blend of egg and spices. (Not available in prawn).
